Powerful storms that generated flooding and tornadoes across the south-central United States killed at least 12 people over the weekend. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), which is responsible for issuing severe weather warnings across the U.S., said there were 769 preliminary reports of severe weather from Saturday to Monday as of 0300 UTC. She fell 60 feet off the bridge's girders that hang underneath the famous 730-foot-tall Foresthill Bridge, which is in Auburn, near Sacramento.
