This morning, Springfieldians could purchase gas for as low as $2.03 per gallon at a handful of filling stations. Officials attribute the rising prices to demand, which peaks in the summer. Toyota will obtain a 5.05 percent stake in Mazda while Mazda will gain a 0.25 percent stake in Toyota .
