Natalie Portman Is Amazing in Lucy In The Sky Trailer 2

Lucy's Losing Her Mind in the New Trailer for 'Lucy in the Sky'

It is delivered by Fox Searchlight Pictures and is planned to be discharged on October 4, 2019, by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures.

In the latest trailer for Natalie Portman astronaut drama Lucy in the Sky, director Noah Hawley contrasts the majestic solitude of space with vindictive romance and professional backstabbing on planet Earth.

As astronaut Lucy Cola (Natalie Portman) gazes at Earth from afar while on a mission, her view of the pale blue dot profoundly shifts her entire perspective. The trailer sees Lucy (Portman) experiencing the solar system for herself, a place she later describes in the trailer asescribes as "the only place where anything makes sense". Lucy is a dedicated astronaut and wife, who wants nothing more than to go back up into space. She then sets out on a mission to prove her capabilities as an astronaut. Ellen Burstyn (also at the Festival in American Woman), Zazie Beetz (at the Festival in Joker and Seberg), Nick Offerman, and Tig Notaro round out an incredible supporting cast. Hawley created Fargo, an FX anthology series based in the same odd, mysterious, mid-western world of the original Coen Brothers movie.

The film, which stars Academy Award victor Natalie Portman in the title role, hails from director Noah Hawley, creator of television's Fargo and Legion.
