Colts Fans Are Calling & Demanding Season Ticket Refunds After Andrew Luck's Retirement

Andrew Luck's decision leads the most surprising retirements in NFL history

Andrew Luck was supposed to be the king of the National Football League when guys like Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers and Drew Brees became too old to play, but the former Indianapolis Colts star shocked the world when he called it quits at age 29.

"You've done it right if you felt you have given this game everything you could", Thomas said. Luck has missed a lot of games over the past few years because of an assortment of injuries.

Luck is only 29 years old, but he was fully confident in his decision to step away from the game.

Parks and Recreation is available to stream on Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu. Now, with Andrew Luck off the Colts, it's looking a lot more manageable for Atlanta going into the regular season.

Luck told reporters Saturday night that he first started thinking about retirement two weeks ago. They don't realize it now, but in a generation they'll be telling their kids about the times they watched Luck engineer an wonderful game-winning drive. But once I realized and I reached out to him, it makes sense.

The fans have already went through a season in which Luck couldn't play and it led to a 4-12 season back in 2017.

"I seriously thought about retiring after year 8". Brissett is a serviceable backup, but a clear downgrade at starting quarterback. He had no training camp to get accustomed to his new surroundings.

Last year McDonald ranked third on the team with 86 tackles and tied for second with three interceptions. He can feel it.

In any sport, retirement only comes into the picture if they reach a certain age where their body can no longer stand the wear and tear.

"You get all this money and you think, 'Oh, this is the best thing ever.' But once you get it, you've got realize, you've got to go through phases in your life to grow you as a person, spiritually and you've got to be prepared". I know rehab is tough. "I've touched it here, but other days it bothers me". Luck's performance had to be timeless. Yes, I said it.

Thomas posted five consecutive seasons in a row with 1,000 or more receiving yards among his eight-plus years with the Denver Broncos. Injuries are the main reasons behind his abrupt decision, something he admits took away his enjoyment for the game and is preventing him from enjoying a normal life. Though one of the top players in the league and projected to have a great career if he continued, Luck made a decision to retire after only seven years in the sport due to a mounting spate of injuries. But he was deemed ready to practice last week, although he did not see action in the Patriots' 10-3 victory Thursday over the Carolina Panthers.
