For the first time in almost a year, ABC's Dancing with the Stars hit Good Morning America to reveal all of its celebrities and pro dancers who are heading to Season 28 in September.

The lineup for season 28 of Dancing with the Stars has been revealed, with The Bachelorette's Hannah Brown, supermodel Christie Brinkley, former National Basketball Association star Lamar Odom and actor James Van Der Beek - who actually foretold his casting in the 2012-13 sitcom Don't Trust the B**** in Apartment 23 - breaking out the sequins.

Season 28 of Dancing with the Stars premieres September 16. Chief among them was my hope that DWTS, in its return following an unprecedented year-long hiatus, would be a joyful respite from our exhausting political climate and free from inevitably divisive bookings from ANY party affiliations'.

After weeks of speculation, the celebrities and professional dancers were announced on Good Morning America.

After his real participation with DWTS was announced, Van Der Beek said he pitched the Don't Trust the B producers on his character doing Dancing as his secret way to do the reality show.

A pair of notable retired athletes will compete in season 28 of "Dancing With the Stars" this fall, attempting to follow in the footsteps of previous athletes-turned-DWTS champions Emmitt Smith, Hines Ward and Apolo Anton Ohno.

In an interview on Newstalk in 2018, he said he wished he could get a "do-over" on his time at the White House.

"We can all agree to disagree, as we do now, but ultimately it's their call", he added.

Continuing, he shared that he had left that lunch feeling convinced that they agreed on the direction moving forward.

Bergeron isn't the only Hollywood voice to be dismayed at the selection of Spicer on the show.

Sean Spicer? Who came up with this bright idea and how exactly did Mr. Spicer come to the conclusion that this was a good idea? "Excited to join a great cast and show @DancingABC".
