Lukaku drops Manchester United exit hint with agent selfie

Conte wants to desperately sign Lukaku and has been disappointed with Inter delaying the negotiations. Manchester United have told Lukaku that he can leave this summer, but they are also insistent that they want to recoup the £75million they paid to Everton in 2017.

United fans: Would you be happy with swapping Lukaku for Dybala?

He joined United for £75m two years ago and has scored 42 goals in 96 games for the club. If Dybala's move goes through, Premier League will have yet another superstar joining them and will make Tottenham a serious contender for the Premier League Trophy. Plus, adding Lukaku could allow Cristiano Ronaldo to move back to a winger role. Few players can spend that amount of money in just one player.

Could this be a realistic offer? With that in mind, the Bianconeri entered the fray and a potential swap move for the striker with Dybala was mooted, although it now appears the latter isn't keen on the switch.

Injuries have prevented Lukaku from making any appearances during United's preaseason tour of the Far East and, so far, the Old Trafford club's £80 million valuation of the Belgium global has not been met. Rumours have indicated the former Palermo star would be open to sign for either Manchester United or PSG.

If a swap deal can not be agreed and Lukaku departs for a transfer fee this summer, Sky Sports News understands Moussa Dembele, the Lyon and France U21 striker, will be on United's shortlist to replace the Belgian.

With that in mind, here are a couple of ideas regarding how Ole Gunnar Solskjaer might use Dybala should the Argentine sign.

Undoubtedly, we must keep waiting to see what's going to happen.

Manchester United will start the new season with a clash against Chelsea FC on Sunday 11 August at Old Trafford.
