Discredited liar Sarah Huckabee Sanders defends her constant lying

GLAAD calls for Sarah Sanders' resignation after Mueller Report reveals she misled press

Americans should move on after the release of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's report, which did not find that President Donald Trump and his 2016 campaign team colluded with Russia, White House spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders said in an interview on Friday.

Responding on "Fox & Friends", White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said Democrats should try to work with the president on key issues instead of attacking him. "I'm sure that there are some people that are disappointed, but I certainly heard from a large number of individuals - and that's just myself - and I don't even know that many people in the Federal Bureau of Investigation". She continued: "I am getting the biggest laugh out of this".

According to Mueller's report, however, there is "substantial evidence" to indicate that Trump fired Comey for refusing to publicly state that the president wasn't personally under investigation.

And as the report noted, she repeated these baseless claims again.

Sanders told this Office that her reference to hearing from "countless members of the FBI" was a "slip of the tongue".

At least one publisher said the credibility problems that existed for Sanders before Mueller's report have worsened after it. It is as unsafe as when you hear a Southern woman begin her sentence with "bless your heart.' It means you're about to be gutted like a deer and just don't know it". "The position shouldn't be held by someone who lies to the press". Outright lying, however, breaks the public trust.

The White House had failed to disclose the reimbursement. "If you can't trust her talking about that, what can you trust her about?"

White House Deputy Press Secretary Hogan Gidley also took a hit at the media Monday morning. A press secretary with no integrity shouldn't have a platform.

Hannity airs weeknights at 9 p.m. on Fox News. "Sanders acknowledged to investigators that her comments were not founded on anything".

"Stephanopoulos, a former White House communications director under Bill Clinton, interrupted, saying: "[You admitted] those comments weren't founded on anything, when you faced criminal penalty". If Trump can fire Comey on TV and beg Russian Federation for assistance against his political opponent, his press secretary's falsehoods won't cause much of a fuss.

This isn't the first instance in which the credibility of Sanders, who speaks for the White House and is paid by American taxpayers, has come under scrutiny. Yeah, that got lost in the avalanche of controversy and scandal that suffocates political journalists on a near-daily basis.
