Disney's streaming service reportedly includes every Disney film ever made

Entire Disney collection to be made available on Disney+ streaming service this year

Try it yourself; older Disney movies aren't the easiest to find, but this new move will make them incredibly easy to find.

A launch date has not been set at this time, and a price for the service has not yet been listed.

According to Variety, Iger explained that the company had been preparing for the purchase over the past year, saying "We spent most of [last] year on integration planning so we'll hit the ground running as soon as the deal closes".

"The service, which I mentioned earlier is going to launch later in the year, is going to combine what we call library product, movies, and television, with a lot of original product as well, movies and television. And then, of course, we're producing a number of original movies and original television shows as well that will be Disney-branded", Iger said during an investor meeting in St. Louis on Thursday.

Now those movies will be available any time. It's also good news for fans looking to explore the more obscure live-action movies in Disney's history, which have occasionally been restricted to releases to members of the Disney Movie Club. With the launch of Disney+, the “Disney Vault” will essentially dissolve.

Disney has already said it will be removing all of its titles from Netflix later this year, a move that will include the removal of all Pixar movies. The Walt Disney Company and 21st Century Fox are about to become one.

According to Disney CEO Bob Iger via Polygon, the company's Disney+ streaming service will offer the full Disney catalog, meaning there's nothing left that can be sealed away in the vault.
