Chelsea's Eden Hazard out of BATE doubt for Burnley - Maurizio Sarri

Moses set to quit Chelsea

Moses is behind Eden Hazard, William and Pedro in Sarri's pecking order of wingers and has found playing opportunities hard to come by this season, with only one start from a possible 13.

In midfield, Sarri goes with Cesc Fabregas, Mateo Kovacic and Ruben Loftus-Cheek, while the attacking threat comes from Willian, Pedro and Olivier Giroud. It's very hard for me to put in the starting XI two so offensive midfielders at the same time.

"I like very much this type of problem", the former Napoli man joked when asked about Loftus-Cheek's sterling audition for a regular spot.

'I hope to be able to do it in future, but I need the co-operation of the players. However, his solid displays on the left flank have led to the Blues offering the full back an extension. He's improving but also he needs to improve the defensive phase.

Though he's done immensely well, grooming the players he inherited from fellow compatriot Antonio Conte and adding a few to add extra depth in his squad, it has been mooted the Blues will need to sign a frontman who is not goal-shy, should they be seen as serious title contenders this season.

"We played very well for 65 minutes, and not very well in the last 25 minutes".

"I don't know", he replied when asked about these accusations. In the future I may be able to put [Ross] Barkley and Loftus in the same starting XI.

"He has a back problem and we are trying to solve the problem for Sunday". "I was there when Marco spoke to Mr Mourinho and he said sorry immediately".

Aside from Hazard, the only confirmed injury absentee is Ethan Ampadu, who remains sidelined for the next week or two with a knee problem.

United, though, may not find it a stroll iff they are truly interested in signing Moses, as they face competition from other English Premier League clubs and some in the second-tier Championship.
