Britain's Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex meet a local surfing community group, known as OneWave, raising awareness for mental health and wellbeing.

Meghan and Harry diligently inspected a scaled miniature Formula 1 auto designed and made by Trinity Grammar students, but as the mini vehicle zoomed down a makeshift track, Meghan jumped and covered her mouth, before nervously bursting into laughter.

The prince, wearing a garland of blue flowers round his neck, and Meghan one of pink, listened to speakers in the circle for a few minutes before the hug.

Britain's Prince Harry and wife Meghan are using their tour of Australia to bring attention to causes close to their hearts. They then headed off to Mcarthur Girls High School to see what the In League In Harmony Youth Advocate program is all about, before heading to climb the Sydney Harbour Bridge (which pregnant Meghan sadly sat out of).

Meghan Markle has turned to yoga to cope with the discomforts of her pregnancy.

Harry, a military veteran, founded the Paralympic-style competition for wounded sick and injured service members in 2014.

The singer-songwriter posted a photo of herself chatting to Meghan online to her 72,000 followers earlier this week.
