Ariana Grande & Pete Davidson Call Off Engagement & Break Up

Ariana Grande Cancels Charity Performance At Last Minute: Still ‘Suffering’ From Mac Miller’s Death

Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson's summer of love has come to an end.

The couple soon set up home together in New York City, but it appears there's trouble in paradise - sources tell Ariana and the Saturday Night Live funnyman parted ways over the weekend. A source confirms to CNN that the two are done, though TMZ notes the couple believed "it simply was not the right time for their relationship to take off". "It's not shocking to anyone". I just don't wanna be on Instagram anymore, or on any social media platform.

The former couple are believed to still have love for each other and haven't ruled out rekindling their romance in the future.

In the wake of the pair's split, Davidson deleted his social media accounts, and neither he or Grande have released a statement at this time.

According to reports, Grande and Davidson are done romantically but still remain friends.

TMZ reported that Grande's engagement ring cost about $100,000.

The pair got engaged after just a few weeks.

Grande previously canceled her gig as the musical guest on the September 29 season premiere of Saturday Night Live, for "emotional reasons", executive producer Lorne Michaels announced. So, Ariana decided to make the call, and she called things off with Pete. They also got matching tattoos and a pet pig-all in the span of five months.

Ariana Grande cancelled an appearance at a benefit for F**k Cancer on Saturday as she continues to mourn the death of ex-boyfriend Mac Miller. "I'm kidding, but like in 10 years, God forbid if that ever happened, there will be a song called Pete Davidson, like playing in speakers at K-Mart and I'll be working there".

Referencing her "tough month", Grande thanked her fans for their support.
