May defends Brexit plan after dancing onto stage

The "evidence" in this case is a video of her arrival on the stage to give the keynote address at the Conservative Party Conference. Well aware of her limited dancing skills, she made everyone laugh at her own expense as she was seen swaying along the tunes of ABBA's Dancing Queen.

The British prime minister poked fun at her Maybot image as she got her groove on to Abba's Dancing Queen - mocking her dance moves from a recent trip to Africa - before appealing to the party to get behind her. I know, so meta.

The annual Conservative Party conference was characterized this year by internal party disagreements over the May government's plan for Brexit. "What might have seemed amusing after a couple of cocktails is ridiculous and inappropriate in the harsh light of reality".

Clips of the her "dad dancing" have already been the subject of a number of memes, while some users labelled the clip "cringeworthy".

Her dance moves on previous occasions led to a huge meme-fest and this time too it was no different.

I mean, it's definitely one way to make an entrance - but I'm pretty sure there aren't many people talking about her actual speech right now.
