Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL Hit the FCC!

Pixel 3 leaked

When asked what the "ideal Pixel Watch" might look like, Barr said that the device would integrate Google Assistant and machine learning in big ways, which isn't surprising in the slightest considering how important Assistant is to Google these days.

The first alleged images of the handset hit Reddit today, giving us a close look at the device.

But Google's Pixel phones always come in twos, and this appears to be the regular Pixel 3. So far we've seen everything there was to see about the larger Pixel 3 XL, and its supersized notch.

First there was the Pixel 3 XL, and now we are seeing a much smaller phone, and it doesn't have a notch.

The Pixel 3 has the model number A4RG013A, while the Pixel 3 XL is A4RG013C. Elsewhere on the rear, Google's "G" can be seen towards the bottom of the panel while towards the top of the frosted glass section is a circular fingerprint scanner.

The listing also reveals some information about the Pixel 3's wireless charging prowess. There is also mention of an 8MP camera and a battery that comes in at 2,915mAh.

The images are also accompanied by screenshots seemingly confirming numerous rumoured specs, including the 5.5-inch display. The aspect ratio is 2:1 (or 18:9 whichever way you want to frame it), while the display will also support HDR content. And I say that because the Pixel 2 was G011A and the Pixel 2 XL was G011C.

Highly anticipated: As Google's October launch of the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL draws near, new leaked photos of the Pixel 3 show off a design similar to the previous generation but with the expected modernized improvements.
