Pregnant reality star found dead on Bronx sidewalk, reports say

An autopsy has reportedly been scheduled, and police are said to be investigating the circumstances surrounding McHenry's death - specifically, whether or not she was purposely left on the sidewalk. "She was a Christian who grew up in Los Angeles and attended the Center for Early Education and graduated from the Marlborough School in Los Angeles".

Lyric was believed to be 20 weeks pregnant at the time of death.

According to the Daily News, a small Ziplock bag of cocaine was found on McHenry, and police suspect she died of an overdose.

She was found only wearing a pajama top and underwear, but no trousers, the Daily Mail reports.

She was found unresponsive on the sidewalk above the Major Deegan Expressway at Undercliff Ave. and Boscobel Place in Highbridge in the Bronx borough of New York City.

McHenry first posted a boomerang of a chessboard at The Frederick Hotel in Tribeca, before she moved to the Soho Grand Hotel.

In her final clip, which she posted around 1 a.m., she was seen sitting next to a male friend as she blew a kiss to the camera. 23-year-old Maya said in an Instagram Stories video.

In 2016, McHenry produced and appeared on a show called EJNYC for EJ Johnson.

McHenry, a longtime friend of reality star EJ Johnson, appeared on E!'s EJNYC and was also a producer on the show.

On Aug. 6, McHenry's actual birthday, Johnson had wished his friend a happy birthday on Instagram.

'Your constant love, respect and companionship gives me the confidence to live my truth every single day and I am so blessed that even as baby divas we recognized the greatness in each other. "I love you ❤️ #leoseason #teamthis". According to her Instagram account she also worked on the Obama campaign.

She went on to work for Complex Networks, and later as a freelance writer and producer.
