Apple is planning to release three new iPhones in 2018, including one with three rear cameras and multiple colors, according to rumors.
The largest of the rumored phones is the 6.5-inch OLED iPhone that the report claims will come in the traditional black and white - much like the iPhone X - but there will also apparently be a new gold shade too. As 9to5Mac points out, those gray and white phones could be references to space gray and silver, two color schemes that Apple has used many times in the past.
These possible four or five iPhone colors would be fairly new territory for Apple.
Apple has tended to stick to rather muted colors for most of its iPhone models, though with Rose Gold being added to the range as of the iPhone 6s, and a Product (RED) iPhone first seen in the iPhone 7.
The current iPhone X, which starts at $999, is available only in black and white.
Kuo estimated the 6.1-inch line would be priced around $700, or about P37,000, and resemble the iPhone X's design.
That's a lot of colors and options for consumers.
Although the photos are unconfirmed, they have been hailed as proof that Apple will finally be giving the world an easy way to take advantage of the "fast charging" mode in the iPhone 8, 8 Plus and flagship X. Both iOS and macOS are receiving significant changes with the upcoming iOS 12 and macOS Mojave software updates, and now reports suggest Apple's newest iPhones are just around the corner.
There's no official word from Apple when these new phones will be unveiled but it's likely Apple will reveal all in early September.
