Police spokesperson Terver Akase told CNN that the attackers "burnt almost 50 houses and [ransacked] the entire community".

Suspected armed herdsmen have killed no fewer than 20 persons and several persons declared missing in Tse Agudu, Mbawa Council Ward, Guma Local Government Area of Benue state.
