Business Chat is a new way for users to communicate directly with businesses using the Messages app on iPhone and iPad. Apple says the feed from the camera in AR applications has a 50 percent sharper resolution in iOS 11.3, and also supports autofocus for the first time. This will allow customer support agents using Zendesk to provide prompt and responsive support to customers who use Messages on Apple devices.
The iOS Health app has gained a Health Records section, through which patients of nearly participating 40 health care institutions in the U.S. can view their health records. They'll show information like allergies, vaccines, lab results and any medications you've been prescribed as a timeline. "Health Recordsdata is encrypted and protected with a passcode", the releasesaid.
Apple's changes are created to give users the right to data portability, a new right introduced by GDPR, by allowing them to get a copy of their data which can be transferred to another service.
