Wednesday: There will be some spotty morning showers with temperatures in the low 70s this morning. Fortunately we've been dry for the last week and should be able to handle an inch or two of rain. We have a nice day in store for us.
A cold front could bring showers late Wednesday afternoon through early Thursday, the National Weather Service office in Valley said.
Tonight: Quiet with passing clouds.
Monday: Mostly cloudy with a 30% chance for rain and a high near 58 degrees.
Other than some light fog early on today, we should have plenty of sunshine and high temps in the low to mid 50s. Weekend becomes a little more humid under sunny to partly cloudy skies for Easter weekend. But News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says that it is possible for that advisory to expand. "Rainfall amounts will range from.5" to 1.5" through Thursday.
Not as cold tonight and in the upper 50s and clouds linger.
There's a slight chance for rain showers on Sunday. The rain will be heavy at times and a few spots of flash flooding are not impossible, but I don't think it will be a widespread problem.
Thursday:Cloudy with a 90% chance for rain and a high near 68 degrees. Unsettled? Yes. Washouts or big storms? No. Temperatures may take all day to warm.
Thursday: Even warmer with highs in the low to mid 80s. It does appear most of the daylight hours are dry for the holiday weekend.
Friday looks to be dry for many places on the North Island, with just a few showers expected for parts of the central and upper North Island.
