The Indian football team has re-entered the top-100 of the FIFA world rankings and is now placed at 99th at the latest chart released on Thursday.

Following a quiet period with very few worldwide games, not many positions have changed.

Nigeria, now seventh in Africa and 52nd in the world, are the fifth and final African team to have qualified for the June/July spectacle.

Super Eagles are still maintaining their 7th position in Africa as they fell behind Cameroon, Egypt, Morocco, Congo DR, Senegal and Tunisia.

Poland who the Super Eagles will play in a friendly game on Friday, March 23 moved above Spain to the sixth position also they both have the same point.

Germany continue to rule world football with Brazil, Portugal, Argentina, Belgium, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, France and Chile retaining their spot in the top 10.

The best movers this month are Andorra who jumped seven places to 130th, while the worst mover was Azerbaijan after they fell eight places to 127th.

The next FIFA Coca-Cola rankings will be released on April 12, 2018.
