Maisie Williams gives away series finale spoilers

Rise to fame Maisie shot to fame in 2011 as the feisty Arya Stark in the hit HBO series a role she will reprise for the show's final season due to air in April 2019

Maisie Williams has been playing Arya Stark since 2011, when she was the ripe-old age of 13.

Maisie Williams has read the final Game Of Thrones scripts and insists she knows exactly how the hit series will end. When Kimmel reminded her that the president of HBO has said that they are filming multiple endings this time to make sure that even the cast members don't know how it will end, Williams said that when she heard that statement she thought they didn't have the budget to film multiple fake endings, and she joked that presidents tend to tell lies sometimes. It's just surreal, being on this show for so long, and then it also having the following that it does, it's just...everyone's waiting for this moment, and then you read it, and it's incredible.

But when Kimmel queried her about HBO president Casey Bloys' statement that the show was shooting multiple endings to hide the real one, Williams was skeptical. "I know in Game of Thrones the ending, they're going to shoot multiple versions so that nobody really know what happens", Bloys said back in September.

Her upcoming film, Early Man, is a stop-animation movie from Nick Park, the creator of Wallace & Gromit.

Maisie Williams (AKA Arya Stark) appeared on Jimmy Kimmel last night and dropped the bombshell that she knows everything about the final season.

"This Game of Thrones release date "quote" I've supposedly given is completely false and taken from an interview I did years ago", she said. Williams did reveal that she may have violated HBO secrecy protocols by sharing the scripts with her mother. Later she noted that probably she should not have given it to her as the makers said, "Don't give them to anyone". This means you'd think the Bristol-born actress would be a dab-hand at keeping shtum about Game of Thrones spoilers and ending.
