OH police identified the two-year-old toddler found frozen on the porch of her Akron home on Friday, Feb. 2, as Wynter Parker.
According to the child's mother, who hasn't been publicly named since she hasn't been charged in connection with the death, told police that she was out with her other child, a 4-year-old, while Wynter's father was supposed to be watching her at home.
