Eden Hazard says he WILL sign new Chelsea contract - on one condition

Eden Hazard Real Madrid

"That's not what I think".

Asked whether he would sign a new deal at Chelsea, Hazard told the Daily Mirror: 'Yes.

Asked when Barkley might appear, Conte said: "I don't know, it's very hard to say now".

Hazard who has two years left on his contract with Chelsea has been lately hitting his prime with improved performances every passing season. "Then I will sign", he added.

Zinedine Zidane's men also have to cope with the fact that five-time Ballon D Or victor Cristiano Ronaldo is aging and they might have to replace him in the coming transfer window.

This season, Hazard has scored six goals in 14 Premier League appearances - not a bad tally for an attacking midfielder but Blues boss Antonio Conte will be hoping that the Belgian will once again find his top form as his side chase Manchester City at the top of the English Premier League.

As usual, many Chelsea stars were in attendance as well, including no.1 basketball fan Thibaut Courtois, at least two Hazards (Eden and Kylian), Marcos Alonso, Andreas Christensen, Pedro, and probably others, too.

"Yes", said the 24-year-old who was named in the UEFA Team of the year 2017, alongside Premier League mate Kevin De Bruyne, becoming the only Belgians to feature in the illustrious Xl. The two combined however is pretty good indication that this new deal will indeed happen, despite the never-ending and, frankly, boring Real Madrid rumors.

Arsene Wenger has stood by comments made last week when suggesting that Chelsea forward Eden Hazard dived to win a penalty against Arsenal.
