The US Justice Department (DOJ) has begun a new investigation into whether the Clinton Foundation engaged in pay-to-play politics or other illegal activities while Hillary Clinton was Barack Hussein Obama's Secretary of State.
Citing an unnamed "ally" of Attorney General Jeff Sessions, the Daily Beast reported that the Department of Justice plans to examine how much classified information passed through the server, who was responsible for removing that information from a classified environment, which enforcement entities knew about these matters and when. In early December, he wrote: "Many people in our Country are asking what the "Justice" Department is going to do about the fact that totally Crooked Hillary, AFTER receiving a subpoena from the United States Congress, deleted and "acid washed" 33,000 Emails?"

It's unclear if the renewed probe into Clinton's email has any connection to Trump'sTwitter demands.
In response to a request for confirmation, a Justice Department spokeswoman said the agency did not comment on ongoing investigations.
Nor was it apparent when federal officials chose to take a fresh look at the emails.
Officials planned to "make recommendations as to whether any matters not now under investigation should be opened", Boyd added in the letter.
Democrats have accused Republicans of launching a spurious investigation of Clinton, the 2016 Democratic presidential nominee, to divert attention from the Trump-Russia investigation. Federal investigators determined in summer 2016 that, while the use of the server was careless, the former top diplomat didn't knowingly break any laws. Let's hope it spurs a long needed Clinton special counsel or, at least, a serious criminal investigation, ' he added.
Tucker Carlson noted that James Comey's Federal Bureau of Investigation began drafting Clinton's exoneration document before all evidence had been gathered and before all witnesses were interviewed.
