NERD Recruits Rihanna To Drop New Single "Lemon"

N.E.R.D. team with Rihanna on new single ‘Lemon

The Adidas collaboration is timed with N.E.R.D.'s newest musical release: a track called "Lemon" featuring Rihanna. Though Williams has dropped several hints pertaining to a potential comeback equipped with new music, speculation has grown exponentially after fans spotted several billboards playing off the group's name.

An accompanying video for the track, directed by Todd Tourso and Scott Cudmore, finds Rihanna shaving the head of a dancer before she goes and busts a few moves in a dimly-lit clothing store.

Inspired by the individualized style of band members: Pharrell Williams, Chad Hugo and Shay Haley, adidas latest performance collection is a homage to the hip hop trio.

Rihanna proved her effortless beauty in the opening shot - swapping her usually skimpy ensemble for a casual jumper, and styling her hair into a blunt fringe, to draw attention to her clear and glowing skin.

N.E.R.D. is back, but they're not alone! "Ma'fucka, we ain't finished / I tell you, we won't stop ..." Rihanna appears on the track delivering a scorching rap verse over the bouncing bass line and chaotic beat.
