Golmaal Again is unstoppable, earns Rs 116.89 cr in five days

According to reports, the horror-comedy Golmaal Again collected around Rs 15.25 crore on its first Monday, leaving a great mark on the box office.

The first movie of the action-comedy franchise, Golmaal: Fun Unlimited released in 2006 and was an ultimate comedy with wonderful humor.

Golmaal Again features an ensemble cast that also includes Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Kunal Kemmu and Tabu. The movie has entered into the Rs 100 crore club within four days since it got released.

Released in around 3,500 screens across India, the gross collection of Golmaal Again failed to cross Rs 150 crore by a minimal margin.

"Golmaal Again" collected a total of Rs. 30.14 crore on Friday followed by Rs 28.37 on Saturday and Rs. 29.09 crore on Sunday taking the total collections to Rs. 87.60 crore.

Apart from turning out to be a huge money-spinner at the domestic market, Golmaal Again became Ajay Devgn's highest opener in the markets of Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. The film is doing an impressive business at the box office. Golmaal Again made a shade lesser than Monday's collections on Tuesday.

Golmaal Again earned plenty overseas as well with an earning of $3.17 million ( which is equivalent to Rs. 20.62 crores).

Golmaal Again, the fourth instalment of the Rohit Shetty franchise is produced by Rohit Shetty Picturez in association with Reliance Entertainment and Mangl Murti Films. Summing up with a weekend collection of Rs. 87.60 crores domestically.
