Odell Beckham Jr. Carted Off Field After Painful-Looking Leg Injury

Giants' Brandon Marshall carted off field with ankle injury

Odell Beckham Jr. was carted off the field in the closing minutes of Sunday's home game against the Chargers, the team's fourth (and best) wide receiver to be hurt on the day.

Beckham was going up for a reception when a Chargers defender landed on his left ankle.

As if the Giants season could not get any worse, the unthinkable happened. After Marshall was carted off the field with potential injuries to his leg and ankle, Shepard hobbled to the locker room behind him.

And then it was veteran quarterback Eli Manning, who dropped back on the very next play, succumbed to the pressure of defensive end Melvin Ingram and fumbled the ball on his way to the turf. With the Giants falling to 0-5 after the loss to the Los Angeles Chargers, it would be surprising if Beckham played again in 2017. Through his first three games, Beckham had put up 20 receptions for 205 yards and two touchdowns.

Here's the Odell Beckhaminjury. But for the Giants and and OBJ, an already disastrous season just got much more disastrous.
