Taylor Swift Takes the Stand in Trial Over Groping Allegation

Taylor Swift Testifies In Court Over DJ Who Allegedly Touched Her Inappropriately

"Long enough for me to be completely sure that it was intentional". "I don't think he handled himself too well".

Swift testified Mueller grabbed her behind underneath her skirt, not above it, during the pre-concert meet-and-greet photo session. The pop star counter-sued, alleging sexual assault, and is asking for a symbolic one dollar judgment.

During her testimony, Swift was asked by Mr Mueller's attorney Gabriel McFarland whether the DJ got "what he deserved" and she replied: "I don't feel anything about Mueller".

Mueller's lawyer also tried to insinuate that Swift unnecessarily cost his client his job.

She also refuses to be blamed for what happened to David after the incident. I have to agree as Taylor is not playing the victim in this one. "I just said in a monotone, 'Thank you for coming'". Online, the Shake It Off singer testified in court during an ongoing groping trial involving former Colorado DJ David Mueller. Swift also explained why her bodyguard at the time, Greg Dent, did not see the alleged assault.

"I am critical of your client for sticking his hand under my skirt and grabbing my ass", Swift said. "It was horrifying, shocking". Mueller testified on Tuesday that he had not had any drinks beforehand. Swift is countersuing, saying she was sexually assaulted.

"We got into photo formation. We are a big group of creative woman who are supporting her as an artist and we love what she does", she said. There was no diving into the picture.

Mueller initiated the litigation, arguing that Swift had fabricated the story and put pressure on KYGO to fire him from his $150,000-a-year job.

Swift is expected to testify.

"I don't know anything about Mr. Mueller". I could have picked him out of a line of 1,000.

Jurors have already heard testimony from Mueller, Swift's mother, Andrea, and Bell.

Testimony ends after emotional day in Swift groping case

Questioned by the attorney as to whether it might simply have been a case of mistaken identity on her part, she fired back: "He had a handful of my ass". This is what happened to me.

"I know I saw it", he said.

"This was not jostling", Swift said. "I saw his hand under her skirt". KYGO Vice President Robert Call confirmed on Wednesday that he had fired the DJ for touching Taylor's 'rear end'. Call concluded that he was lying and made a decision to fire him.

"Resolution of this counterclaim will demonstrate that Mueller alone was the perpetrator of the humiliating and wrongful conduct targeted against Ms". It's a relatively close business.

Her defiant, hour-long testimony came four days into a rapidly moving trial that is scheduled to last almost two weeks. Why would Taylor make such a claim?'

In the United States, women are expected to feel bad for men who hurt and disrespect them.

Mueller is a former radio show host.

"Country radio and country music have a relationship that's like no other".

On redirect, McFarland asked Call about his questioning of Mueller.
