Pokemon Go Fest is coming this weekend

Pokemon GO Exploit Returns With A Vengeance Defender Bonuses Seemingly Put On Hold

If the players on the spot manage to meet all the challenges proposed during this event, A first Legendary Pokemon will appear, and will be available in the Raids of the whole world. Examples include Zapdos, Moltres, Articuno, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Celebi, Mew, and Mewtwo.

Just in time for the one-year anniversary celebrations, Pokemon Go players will be able to try and catch Legendary Pokemon.

On July 22, thousands of Trainers in Grant Park for Pokemon GO Fest and the millions of others around the world will be working together to unlock in-game bonuses for the entire Pokemon GO community. The studio said they'll start appearing in-game as early as 23 July - and players from around the globe will have the chance to get their very own.

It's unclear what will happen if players are unsuccessful in taking it down, or if they are unable to even unlock the legendary Pokemon challenge in the first place.

Legendary Pokemon can be used in regular battles and Raid Battles, but Niantic specifies that they cannot be used to defend gyms.

If the global challenge is successful, then from 6:00-7:00 PM CDT, Pokemon GO Fest attendees will have the first attempt at fighting and defeating a Legendary Raid Boss.

Niantic Labs, the one responsible for creating the popular game, has not given any comment with regard to a possible release date or if the Legendary Pokemon are coming at all. How hard will legendary Raid Battles be? This gives you an alternative to using the additional Berries instead of just throwing them away. Previously, players could only gorge their prized fighter on food if they were in close proximity to the Gym itself, but that limitation no longer remains.

We have no idea yet how this invitation will work.

Soon, you will have the opportunity to discover legendary "unique" Pokemon eggs that will appear in the Arena.
