Trump was referring in this tweet to Clinton's email saga, where the former secretary of state used her private email server to send official state house mails. Trump tweeted Thursday afternoon.
President Donald Trump groused Thursday that no one is investigating Democrats' "dealings with Russia" while there are multiple investigations into what he phrased as his "non-dealings" with Moscow.
Before that, Trump seemed to question why Clinton wasn't being investigated for ties to Russia-despite the fact that US intelligence agencies concluded that the country interfered in the election with the goal of helping Trump win.
In a pair of earlier tweets, Trump called the investigation "phony" and the "greatest WITCH HUNT in American political history". However, the FBI cleared Clinton and recommended no charges in July 2016, and reiterated its position in November after the bureau discovered a new trove of her emails shortly before the presidential election.
"Why is that Hillary Clintons family and Dems dealings with Russian Federation are not looked at, but my non-dealings are?"
Comey told the Senate Intelligence Committee last week that the president pressured him to "let go" of the agency's investigation into former national security adviser Michael Flynn's alleged Moscow ties in a private Oval Office meeting in February.
