Lawyer Of Doctor Dragged From Flight Speaks Out

Furious ‘Snap Pack’ Heiress Sues United Airlines After Losing Her First Class Seat

"The flight attendant wrestled the stroller away from the woman, who was sobbing, holding one baby with the second baby in a vehicle seat on the ground next to her", Morgan said. He has been removed from duty in the meantime. The attendant then challenges that passenger with "Try it, hit me".

A passenger on the San Francisco-Dallas flight, Surain Adyanthaya, posted a video online of the confrontation with the caption: "OMG". It can be viewed on YouTube at But a male flight attendant later told her she had to check in the stroller.

The flight attendant then responded by jerking the stroller from the woman, knocking her in the head and almost hitting the children, according to Watson.

The crying woman's defender has since been identified as Tony Fierro, as he has spoken out about the incident and revealed why he felt the need to speak up.

Less than two weeks ago, United Airlines found itself in a public relations nightmare when a video appeared online showing a 69-year-old doctor being dragged off one of its flights to make room for a crew member, sparking global outrage and policy changes by the airline.

The report jibes with comments that United CEO Oscar Munoz made in the aftermath of the incident, in which he called Dao belligerent. It says aviation security personnel should use force only when "reasonably necessary to defend a human life, effect an arrest or control a person", and that the force used "shall only be that which is necessary to overcome the resistance being offered by an offender and to effect lawful objectives".

The carrier said Saturday that it was investigating the incident.

"The quick reaction will prevent it from escalating further, but it won't mitigate the perception among flyers that flying is becoming a less enjoyable experience every day", he said.

"The flight attendant should not have been so aggressive and should have been more aware of the kids", he said.

A mother traveling from Argentina was in tears as an American Airlines attendant allegedly grabbed her stroller violently. "Good customer service is finding a way to de-escalate a situation and he (the flight attendant) was throwing gasoline on it". Dao lost teeth, suffered a broken nose and received a concussion in the incident, which also was captured on video.

We see the woman sobbing, pleading for her stroller as she holds one of her small children.

A male passenger later confronts the attendant, telling him: "You do that to me and I'll knock you flat".

"Hit me. C'mon, hit me".

The airline says the woman's doublewide stroller was tagged to be checked as cargo at the door to the plane, but instead she took it into the cabin, leading to the confrontation with the flight attendant.

"The flight attendant and the woman started making their way to the front of the plane".

"If airlines aren't going to improve staffing or restore leg room for customers, they should at least provide flight attendants with better, more relevant training about how to handle these types of situations", he said. American Airlines has suspended the flight attendant while it investigates the incident.

That would be Bob Ross, president of the Euless-based Association of Professional Flight Attendants.

"Air rage has become a serious issue on our flights", he said in a statement.

We have seen the video and have already started an investigation to obtain the facts.

"I don't care what the story is", the male passenger replies.
