Seconds later, the video shows Officer Robert McDonald come in and kick the handcuffed man. Hollins was unable to record the incident, but separate videos of McDonald and then Bongiovanni emerged on Thursday.

Bongiovanni, a supervisor, was also terminated, the Gwinnett County Police Department announced.

As he lay handcuffed on the ground in the middle of a busy highway just outside of Lawrenceville, Georgia, another officer charges over to the pair and stomps on the man's face. Each incident was determined not to require further action by the department.

"Oh s-t!" someone can be heard saying on the video.

"But I also think that police agencies and leadership across this country are taking responsibility for the conduct of their men and women in a fair way. They stole it from me but I got it back". "I think they're doing it because it's the right thing to do". The officer said Hollins eventually complied and he was able to handcuff the man. Cain is heard saying he is unarmed.

It showed McDonald kicking Hollins while he was handcuffed on the ground.

Cain was charged with resisting arrest. The officers then pick up the man and put him in the backseat of a police vehicle.
