Britney Spears announces new tour (& it may include United Kingdom dates!)

In the announcement on big news on Twitter, Spears revealed that she'll be playing shows in Israel and the Philippines this summer, and interestingly, this new tour might lead her to our shores for her first show since her Apple Music Festival appearance previous year.

The Grammy award-winner will be holding her concert at the Mall of Asia Arena on June 15-her first concert in the country.

The concert set for July 3 at Yarkon Park in Tel Aviv is part of Spear's summer Asian tour.

Britney is at Axis at Planet Hollywood through May 20 and returns August 9 after resident shows by Pitbull, The Backstreet Boys and Jennifer Lopez.

"Excited to be performing in Manila this summer", said Spears on her FB post.

In 2013, she kicked off her residency show in Las Vegas titled "Britney: Piece of Me", which runs until September this year.

Spears, 35, has sold more than 240 million albums, DVDs and singles since her debut in 1999.

Britney, who has sold over 100 million albums worldwide, last went on tour in 2011.

Tickets to Britney Spears - Live in Manila will go on sale beginning April 5 at 10 a.m. Tickets can be booked online at or through 470-2222. Specifically, ticket costs are as follows: General Admission P2,625, Upper Box P5,775, Lower B P10,500, Lower A P12,600, Patron P15,750, VIP P23,100, and SVIP P28,350.
