Yes, the V9Honor is official for the high end with a 5.7 inch screen with QHD resolution, with a Kirin 960 processor accompanied by 4 or 6 GB of RAM. The device is rocking two 12-megapixel sensors at the back with f/2.2 aperture. The device will be powered by Kirin 655 octa core processor, paired with a 3GB RAM and 16 GB of internal storage that can be extended via the micro SDcard up to 128GB. Its internal storage space is 16 GB and can be further expanded via microSD card slot up to 128 GB.
This is a dual-SIM device with support for 4G LTE and VoLTE. As it is a high-end smartphone you have a fingerprint sensor on the rear and USB Type C connectivity. Huawei also states that the Honor V9 will be the first 3D modeling smartphone. According to reports, in Europe, the mid-range smartphone will be sold for €239, and it can already be found in stores in Finland, but the company is planning to release it in China soon, then in other countries. Do note, the availability of the device is still limited to China. Huawei will be selling their Honor V9 in a total of three variants. Equipped with a hefty 4 or 6GB of RAM and comes with either 64 or 128GB of onboard storage, and under the hood is a non-removable 4,000mAh battery.
In the software department, the device is running on Android 7.0 Nougat right out-of-the-box. As for selfies, the device has an 8MP f/2.0 front camera. Also, it will have a battery capacity of 4000 mAh. The device has now started to receive Android Nougat update as well.
Huawei has also launched the Honor 8 Lite, which is priced at around CNY 2,599.
The Honor 8 Lite comes with a 5.2-inch full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display. Convenient design aesthetics include a rear mounted fingerprint sensor, LED flash with multi-color support and an exceptionally thin body that resembles a lot like the iPhone. On the front is an 8-megapixel selfie camera. The Honor 8 Lite has been priced CNY 2,599 (which is approximately Rs 24,999) and will begin shipping this Friday- February 24.
